Lydia Houston is an outdoor adventurist who also enjoys indoor sports such as Barré and Crossfit style workouts that support our need for movement. In her free time she enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their dog, Koda. She originally became a massage therapist because of her interest in health and wellness and her experience with the benefits of therapeutic massage. Over the years she has found joy through helping her clients live in less pain and return to activities and sports that they love.
